We are currently seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager.

​

The primary role of the Strategic Partnership Manager is to generate revenue from potential customers and increase share of wallet of existing customers by networking, visiting, calling or other means. The incumbent is required to grow and retain existing accounts by planning solution-oriented approaches that are consistent with the account management plan for each customer. The Strategic Partnership Manager will partner with mid and senior level management, inside sales executives, marketing, and technical staff to ensure that consistent and value-added approaches are provided to the customer.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new opportunities and convert them into increased revenue

  • Create and manage strategic partnerships by using Kele’s account management program

  • Call on customers as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging their network

  • Research and grow relationships with new and existing customers

  • Coordinate meetings between customer decision makers and company’s leaders/principals and participate in internal and external client debriefs

  • Work with team to develop proposals that meet or exceed customers’ needs, concerns, and objectives

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships by using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

  • Collaborate with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs;

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

  • Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends in order to develop new services, products, and distribution channels

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system and submit reporting on same

  • Create and maintain an account management plan that is unique for each assigned account using Kele’s account management program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • Thorough knowledge of BAS market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and the company’s competitors is required

  • Undergraduate/bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required

  • Superior telephone & face to face selling skills to ask probing questions and induce customers to purchase more and interpret customer’s response for business development and customer intimacy

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn and use company software

  • Ability to travel 100% of the time

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $95,000.00 per year

​

Barham / Cain / Mynatt, Incorporated is currently seeking a full time Mechanical Engineer.

​

Job Duties

The Job duties for this position will include design of HVAC systems for a variety of project types including commercial, educational, laboratory, hospitality, retail and health care facilities.  The successful candidate should have a knowledge of HVAC systems design, preparation of bid / construction documents, code review, project cost estimating and construction phase field observation.  The candidate should, also, be proficient in drafting and modeling using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

​

Preferred Qualifications

The job requirements include a minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC systems design.  A BSME in Mechanical Engineering, EIT certification or PE License is preferred.  If not licensed, the candidate must be able to sit for the PE exam within a reasonable time period.  Excellent verbal skills are a must as the candidate will be expected to interact with clients to successfully maintain and cultivate relationships.

Job Type: Full-time employment – Monday to Friday schedule.
