The Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) Committee enhances member benefits for young professional ASHRAE members, 35 years old and younger, by identifying activities and services focused on their needs.

Our chapter hosts roughly four or more YEA events per year for ASHRAE members 35 years and under.

​

Typical events include visits to local brewerys where you can enjoy a pint with other YEA members and mingle, fun sporting events like bowling nights, and other special outings where we team up with another local professional organization to enjoy a night out a network beyond ASHRAE with other young professionals in our industry!
